Motivation from within!
Conviction and faith

"What lies behind us and what lies before us
are small matters as compared to what lies
within us." Ralph Waldo Emerson

Motivation is a contraction of motive and action. An inner force that compels behaviour, it comes from within, not from any external circumstance. The inner drive, independent desire for excellence, is the most telling predictor of significant achievement.

When we think of the word conviction, what kind of thoughts come rushing to the mind? Well, to most of us it would mean faith, faith in whatever we do and faith in
whatever we stand for. Rightly so, because having faith and conviction in whatever we do is extremely important, be it professional endeavours or our personal interests. The
greatest discoveries in world have been possible, the greatest battles were won only because a few people had great conviction and faith in what they believed and stood for. Conviction helps us take a stand. It helps us to be apart from the crowd. In fact, it is an important ingredient to be successful. Confidence, courage and faith inspire us to have conviction in what we do in life. People, who lack conviction end up following the mediocre path all their lives and achieve much less than their true potentials.

Faith is the cornerstone of conviction; it does not wait for miracles to happen, instead helps to produce them. The story below is a small example of how things work on faith
and conviction.

A vendor was once selling balloons at a fair. He had balloons of all shades, yellow, orange, green and red. When he felt his sales were going down, he would fill one of the coloured balloons with helium and release it in the air. Little children getting attracted to those brightly coloured balloons would come flocking to him to buy balloons; hence his sales would go up. After a few days of following this routine, he was approached by a small boy.The small boy asked him, If you were to release a BLACK balloon would it also fly ? The man looked kindly at the boy and told him Son, it is not the colour of the balloon but what is inside it that makes it go up .

The above story highlights two facts. Firstly, balloon vendor had faith in his approach, the approach he adopted to push up his sales. And secondly, it inspires us to stand by our convictions because it is not the traits or qualities which we are born with which take us to the top. On the contrary, it is our very conviction and faith in our qualities and our goals, which help us forge ahead in life. Our motto should be Keep up your convictions for achieving the very best. Nothing is impossible .

Some of our principal regrets in life are the opportunities we passed up and the chances we did not take.

We spend far too much time preparing the path for our youth, and far too little time preparing our youth for the path.

You are the wind beneath our wings. We thank you for your faith and we promise to continue to cater to your passion for excellence.
